Well done to the MGME Parnell Street team on the successful completion and handover of 249 student accommodation spaces across five blocks for our client, GEM Construction.
This project was delivered under an accelerated programme to ensure readiness for the new academic year, and our team performed exceptionally to maintain programme targets and quality standards throughout.
Scope of works and key system installations included:
- Central water storage and booster systems
- Communal heat pumps for hot water services
- Water services distribution
- CAT 5 water break tank
- Dry riser installations
- Trace heating
- Communal soil drainage systems
- Apartment space heating
- Apartment ventilation systems
- Apartment water services
- Apartment soils and waste services
The project was completed to an Energy A Rating, reflecting high performance and sustainability standards.
