Project Overview
• Supply and installation of a large rooftop packaged heat recovery air handling unit with integrated heat pump heating and cooling and controls.
• Rooftop plant support system to support the AHU including duct stepovers.
• External supply and extract ductwork insulated and clad in Aluclad.
• Internal Supply and Extract ductwork with automated zone control dampers and thermal actuators within the supply diffusers.
• MVHR system supplying fresh air and extract to the toilets.
• Fire smoke dampers and panel.
• 2 Mitsubishi commercial heat pumps providing heating via an LPHW system with radiators and convector radiators throughout the office.
• Heating circulating primary and secondary pumps.
• Duty / Standby cold water booster pump.
• Mains / Hot and cold water to the toilets / kitchen sinks.
• Metal clad & insulation to all the plantroom pipework.
• Sectional cold water storage tank within the plantroom.
• Heating buffer vessel & hot water storage cylinder.
• BMS controls to control and monitor energy usage on all the above plant including a remote login facility.
• VOC gas detection system within the office space linked back to the BMS panel.
• Direct rainwater harvesting supplying grey water to all the cisterns.
