MGME have been working hard behind the scenes finishing off projects and preparing for new projects!
We are thrilled to announce another new project ready to start in the coming weeks, New Nangor Rd, Clondalkin for our Client Cunningham Contracts and South Dublin Co Council
This project will consist of: 60 apartments over 2 blocks, 33 houses and duplex apartments.
MGME will be supplying and fitting the full mechanical package, which will consist of:
- Communal cold water distribution pipework
- Water meters linked back to BMS
- Communal cold water storage tank and booster pump
- Mitsubishi spilt integrated 4 kw Heat Pumps
- EPH Heating controls
- Steel compact radiators
- Aereco demand control exhaust ventilation
- Aqua cold-water storage and booster
- Ideal Standard Sanitary Ware
